About Me

Having always loved words and what they can do, I set off to Loughborough University to study English in 2014. I graduated in the summer of 2017 and spent just over a year working in Corporate Comms for the University.

Originally from Suffolk, I have always had an eye for rolling hills and sunsets over the river, but it was only after I graduated that I realised I hadn’t really seen the world at all.

Having jetted off to South East Asia with not much of a plan, I spent four months exploring new places, making amazing new friends and learning new things.

With a scarily empty bank account, I have returned home and found a wonderful job working as Communications and Fundraising Manager for The Bridge (East Midlands).

So, hold out for the next blog… let’s see where my future holidays take me…
